Studio Booking & Retainer Policy
To protect studio schedules and equipment preparation for all clients, all reservations are governed by our standard gallery terms.
Strict No-Refund Policy
All studio bookings, retainer fees, and session deposits are strictly non-refundable once scheduled. No exceptions.
48-Hour Reschedule Window
Clients may reschedule their photoshoot once with at least 48 hours prior notice without forfeiting their deposit.
Punctuality & Studio Time
Session clock begins promptly at your reserved time. Please arrive 15 minutes early with hair and base styling prepared.
